6 lbs. ground venison
3/8 cup quick curing salt
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
1 1/2 tablespoon mustard seed
2 tablespoon black pepper
1 1/2 tea spoon paprika
1 1/2 tea spoon sugar

Directions to make Easiest Ever Venison Sausage

Step 1:

Mix all the ingredients and chill overnight.

Step 2:

Next day add 1 1/2 tablespoon liquid smoke. Mix well. Make 2 logs.

Step 3:

Bake on cookie sheet for 1 hour at 300 degrees. **Keep watch, don\’t over bake.
